Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Submit Quality Photos
Provide clear photographs of the patches in question to help our quality control team verify the discrepancy against your original design specifications.
Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label for defective items.
Resolution Processing
After receiving the returned patches, we will process your full refund or begin production on your complimentary replacement set within 3-5 business days.
